Where the Project Began

The archive documents the start of a property designed for private garage ownership. Today’s website includes a separate photo collection so you can see the garages and shared spaces rather than relying on an old construction forecast.

From an Open Garage to a Finished Interior

The newer collection includes open garages, unfinished mezzanines, and customized interiors. These are different spaces with different included features, not a single standard fit-out.
