Yes. At 404 you purchase an individual garage condo within a shared property. You own your unit and share community amenities, including the clubhouse. Buying involves a purchase price and ongoing ownership costs; it is different from a monthly storage rental. Our published inventory is for sale, and rental availability is not advertised.
What costs should I compare with monthly storage rent?
Compare your expected rental cost over the time you need the space with the purchase price, financing if used, taxes, insurance, association dues, utilities, maintenance, and any interior work. Ask for current figures for the specific unit. Ownership gives you control of a space and an asset you may later sell, but resale value and appreciation are not guaranteed.
Can I add shelving, a workbench, a lift, or a mezzanine?
Customization options can include storage, workspaces, bathrooms, lounges, and mezzanines. Some units already have finished upgrades. Before planning work, confirm association approval, permits, structural requirements, and the costs for your unit. Lift placement and anchoring need particular care around in-floor heating.
