A Permanent Place for the Things You Keep
A boat and trailer, seasonal car, tools, and outdoor equipment can take over a home garage. A dedicated garage gives those items a place of their own, with room to plan shelving and access around them.
404’s published layouts include 30 × 60 and 40 × 60 feet. In-floor radiant heat is a property feature; finishes, bathrooms, and mezzanines vary by unit. Compare individual listings before deciding how much space you need.
What “Heated” Includes
Radiant in-floor heat is different from a promise of full climate control. Air-conditioning, dehumidification, and a guaranteed temperature range are not advertised as standard features. Ask about the controls, utility responsibility, and installed systems in the unit you tour.
For sensitive materials or vehicles, follow the manufacturer’s storage instructions. Building heat does not replace winterization, ventilation requirements, or insurance.
When Renting May Still Make Sense
A short storage need, a small amount of equipment, or a limited upfront budget may favor renting. Ownership deserves a closer look when you expect to need substantial space for years and want control over its layout.
Compare equivalent heated space and access, then include purchase costs, financing, taxes, insurance, association dues, utilities, maintenance, and any improvements. Published prices are purchase prices; 404 does not advertise monthly rental availability.
